Do you want to do your personal growth work in a trauma-informed setting that is inclusive of all types of sexual and gender identities and expressions, is sensitive to racial and class bias, and understands oppression?
Welcome! This is your time.
This is your time to focus on yourself, a time for personal insight-building, slowing down, letting go, positive growth, and lasting change.
Successful individual growth is a process of self-examination, self-discovery, self-reflection, and self-actualization. It is about taking yourself seriously, dedicating time to better know your inner self, identifying which of your internal beliefs and choices are nourishing, healing and self-loving, and which ones you want to or need to change.
Healthy and sustainable change entails prioritizing your self-care and wellness, reflecting, letting go, taking action, and allowing patience through the (often bumbling) process of your personal growth.
This work is a balance between you, your willingness and effort to venture into self-examination, and to take the risks to make the necessary changes, AND the steadfast assurance of myself, as your guide, to compassionately listen, witness, support, and foster your journeying.
