Older LGBTQ+ Women’s Support Group
~It’s Your Time – A LGBTQ Women’s ~50+ Support Group to Honor Our Courage Over the Decades, Embrace the Present, and Envision Our Future
~ Identity. Aging. Boundaries. Bravery. Self-care. Joy. Badassery. ~
A welcoming space to increase connection, self-awareness, growth, and rejuvenation!
Are you looking for a place to give and receive support and build meaningful connections with like-minded womxn and non-binary people in the LGBTQ+ community?
Do you desire conversations that honor the memories, experiences, and wisdom connected to your LGBTQ+ identity…the challenges, struggles, pain, discrimination, changes, accomplishments, and joys over the past decades and the recent past?
Are you dealing with issues related to aging? For example, external and internalized ageism, concerns about personal identity, safety, loss, decision-making, or health issues for yourself or family members.
Could you use support in getting “unstuck” about important life decisions and changes you want to make, related to retirement, downsizing, relationships with parents and friends, making your bucket list a reality, etc.?
Do you need support balancing your self-care needs and boundary-setting skills with the personal, professional, or familial demands on your life that leave you feeling exhausted, stressed, burnt out, or resentful?
Could you benefit from a safe, confidential, and fun space to gain fresh strategies to challenge your lack of motivation and perfectionism so you can move towards addressing a specific personal, interpersonal, or professional goal?
Do you want support and ideas on celebrating your aging and increasing joy, rest, and fun in your life?
~It’s Your Time~
