Greene Growth and Training is located in South Minneapolis in a 1920’s brownstone mansion called The Well: Healing Arts Center.
The Well: Healing Arts Center is a consortium of independent practitioners dedicated to providing health and wellness in a supportive, progressive and nourishing environment. The charming old brick building, registered with the Minneapolis Heritage Preservation Commission in 1976, offers a calm, quiet and peaceful environment.
The Well currently houses over a dozen practitioners in the healing arts fields. We independently offer massage therapy, Shiatsu, Chinese Abdominal Massage, chiropractic care, acupuncture, yoga therapy, forgiveness training, cranial-sacral therapy, nutritional counseling, classical homeopathy, Reiki, myofascial release, coaching and counseling. Yoga at The Well is a yoga center that is housed at the back of the building.
My offices are on the second floor in Suites #202 – #205. My client office, Suite 203, has a working fireplace, plants, books, artwork, high ceilings, two big windows that invite plenty of sunlight, and ample space for individuals, relationships and groups. Suite #202 offers a large bright work area with two windows, and ample space for the trainings, workshops, coaching and group work that I provide. The waiting room on the second floor, adjacent to Suites #202 and #203, offers a free book-sharing library of healing, self-care and wellness themed books and a cold and hot spring water dispenser.
The Well offers free off-street parking, ample parking along First Avenue, and a ramp to enter the building. The bus line is one block away, downtown is six blocks, freeway access to 94 and 35 is five minutes away, and Eat Street is one block over.
