Do you both want to interact respectfully with each other through your uncoupling process?
Do you want an objective third party to help you work through unresolved or painful issues?
Do you want to be in a setting that is inclusive and affirming of differences regarding sexual and gender identity and fluidity, relationship composition, class, or race?
Respectfully Transitioning Your Relationship
Respectful Uncoupling is for people who want help respectfully navigating the changes resulting from their divorce or break-up. They are committed to trying to repair any painful issues and work together to make necessary decisions to help them each move forward in their lives. They are committed to trying to transition their relationship with kindness, flexibility and openness. They are each invested in an ending process that honors their past relationship and makes space for whatever they are each wanting in the future.
I bring a unique perspective and skillset to the uncoupling coaching that I offer. In addition to my training as a relationship coach, I am also trained in family mediation and co-parenting negotiation. I am committed to providing a balanced, non-judgmental and safe environment for you each to manage this important relationship transition.
Before we meet, I will speak with each of you individually for 30-45 minutes. After speaking with each person, I will custom design an intake questionnaire that each party will be asked to complete and return to me prior to our first appointment. I will review these personalized questionnaires before our first meeting. This information will help me inform our work together so that we may identify each of your goals and I may help you proceed with intention.
